Piazza Vittorio perspective

From this perspective you will probably realize the reason because Piazza Vittorio Veneto (<-- see this selection of photos) is one of the most wide square of Europe and for sure the widest with porticos (in foreground the dome of the church Gran Madre di Dio, then the bridge Vittorio Emanuele I, then the square and via Po).

So, how much larger is Piazza Vittorio Veneto than Piazza del Duomo in Milan?

Great vantage point, by the way.

that's just enormous. Such a grand square. You Italians sure know how to build things...

There are a couple of Italians on Monte Carlo today, Fabrizio, but of more interest to the ladies, I think!

One of the biggest squares in Europe I am informed. Does anyone know any more details?

Yes Chuck it is (you can feel it just watching them).

Mike, Extratorino said it's 360 meters long and 111 meters wide.

Thank you Kris and Abraham of your visit.
