This is the Italian Flag taken from Palazzo Madama. I showed many time Palazzo Madama (see HERE how it looks outside) I said a lot about it but probably I never said it has been on 1848, the 8th of May that was inaugurate the first Senate called Subalpino.

Questo è il vessillo tricolore che sventola da Palazzo Madama (fotografato dall'interno). Ho mostrato molte volte Palazzo Madama (qui, una per tutte, un'immagine presa all'esterno) ma fose non ho mai detto che il giorno 8 Maggio 1848 venne inaugurato il Senato Subalpino.
