Parmigiano Reggiano
Have you ever seen it so near? This is a whole Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The unique, the only and please: keep off from fakes giving a look on the bottom where you will read what you can read here: Parmigiano Reggiano (or a piece of it) --- This photo has been taken at Eataly Torino.

Now I'm hungry!
By the way, for anyone interested, I have published my "short break in Turin" article (www.cappuccinoexperience.com)
My favorite! I could live on this cheese. This cheese and red wine.
Ah. Perfect for the pesto, prosciutto, carciofi, aglio, basilico e pomodorino pasta insalata that I'm planning for a dinner with friends tomorrow. Hope I got all that right!
So how much would that wheel costs, a zillion Euros?? It's very pricey here, how about in Torino?
V
Our kitchen would not be complete without a wedge of the wheel. Expensive, but worth the price. How can you make risotto without it?!
Thank you dear Fabrizio for the great photos about my home land Iran. It made my eyes moist!
Ciao!
At first sight it looks like to me like jar without handles...and surprise cheese:))) Nice photo!
Love Eataly and love Parmigiano. Wish I had a big "wheel" here by me right now. Leave a bit for me please! Ciao. A.
Par-par-par, par-par-miggiano, Re-re-re, re-re-reggiano!
Well, it seems you love Parimigiano Reggiano. I especially loved Karin's comment. Wonderful cheese and red wine make the life !
Sarah, most of people to the Iran's Freedom movement were Iranian... In *each* of them I saw your eyes and I could read how strong is their and your love to your wonderful country.
