Torino Earthquake

Uhmm yes, even if you are thinking that the photo doesn't match with Torino earthquake that happened yesterday, it does. During those few terrible seconds in fact, Maetto (my cuddly black cat) was taken up in something else...

via Piffetti

I mentioned you in past about via Piffetti in Torino. It's a quite long street from corso Tassoni to via Cibrario and it's plenty of wonderful building in Art Nouveau style. This superb building in the photo it's just one more.

A room with a view

A room with a view in Torino... No it isn't my room. I have taken this photo from Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace). If it was still necessary this photo shows once more how Torino is not the right city where to build skyscrapers... --- Enjoy your weekend !

--- Buon Fine Settimana !

Royal Dinner

I have been invited at dinner... Where? At Royal Palace "ça va sans dire" :-) --- Torino is where House of Savoy had their residence since around 1100 (more or less) until 1946. To get some detail about the House of Savoy on Wikipedia HERE (in English).

Sono stato invitato a cena... Dove?

When the Sunset

There is a moment in the evening when the sunset comes that Torino turn in blue. It's the blue time and Torino is Blue. The photo is an attempt to give you the idea. --- I hope you like the new TDP layout, the first restyling after four years.
