Last Friday -beside TorinoBarCamp2008 (see yesterday)- started in Torino: CioccolaTO' (that come out from "cioccolato - chocolate" and TOrino). Tomorrow and next days I'll publish some photo of this extraordinary event. CioccolaTO' goes on until next Sunday 2nd of March and if you have chance to come in Torino you will understand because it is also considered "Capital of chocolate". So let you enrapture by magic Torino's chocolate.

An excellent candid shot, Fabrizio!
The chocolate looks good, too :)
Gotta love that chocolate!
Mmmm...sinful ;-)
It's difficult to beat Turin for chocolate (and ice cream, and coffee bars, and ... 'tante cose' - as you can see from this blog)
Don't do this to me, Fabrizio!
oh that looks really good...i love chocolate--i bet it smells divine...great shot!
Per me, niente cioccolatò quest'anno.
Immagino i fiumi di oro bruno che saranno scorsi...
Buona leccata di baffi!
@everyone, thank you so much. Yes, we all... The whole world loves chocolate :-)
@Jilly, I'm so sorry but it's your fault too. You promised to come to visit Torino, so, come on !
@Simo, ...E perché? L'allergia?
: )
Per l'allergia temo un po'... Ma, più che altro, questa settimana non riesco proprio a venire a Torino, e Cioccolatò dura così poco...
Spero nell'anno prossimo!
Mangia un po' di cioccolato anche per me!
Oh my! I love chocolate! A friend and I are coming to Italy in 2009 (my 3rd vistit, her first). I know if I show her these pictures she will put Torino on the list.
@anonymous, I don't know where you think to go next 2009 in Italy but you should put Torino not only on the list but at first place. There are tons of reason to visit the first capital of Italy and chocolate it's just one of them.
fabrizio...this is anonymous again. I love Italy of course, as this is my third visit. I'd come back every year to Italy if I could, as I would like to get to know all of Italy! I'm going to do some research on your lovely town..your pictures really make it look wonderful. The list of place to go keeps getting longer. Rome is so far the only city my friend is firm in wanting to visit.
from California USA
@anonymous, Rome is a capital (as Torino was) and for sure it deserves the trip and of course to be visited, but to come in Italy and to visit only Rome without planning a short trip just to visit Florence and Venice too, in same trip... Is like to go to California and to go to visit just Sacramento (more or less) cutting out L.A. and San Francisco ;-)
@anonymous, I found this trailer realized by NBC on Torino. Gice it a look :-) -- The World comes to Torino
Wonderful stuff Fabrizio! (I suppose I should identify myself now. Mi chiamo Kathi...).
I so agree that there is so much more to Italy than just Rome. I most definitely want to see other cities, but hard to do when my friend is such a novice traveller. We are considering at least also Florence or Venice.
Now, me, besides Rome, I've been of course to Florence, Venice, but also to Sorrento, Asissi, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Orvieto, , San Gimignano, Cinque Terra, in my previous trips.
I'm ready to stretch my wings and go elsewhere in Italy.
@Kathi, first of all nice to meet you or piacere di conoscerti, second one if "spreading your wings" :-) elsewhere here you need any kind of help, please, don't hesitate to contact me (see my email address on my profile). Enjoy your stay in Italy whatever you go !
