This is the Town Hall of Torino. Enlighted by Luci d'Artista until few days ago, the whole place was covered by these lights red and blu.
Questo è il Palazzo del Municipio di Torino. Illuminato da Luci d'Artista sino a poco tempo fa, la piazza era coperta da queste luci rosse e blu.
