Historic Cafe

June 2007 - State the short view about the conductor that refused me permission to take any photo in the Café, I blurred this photo I took outside last 2006 during Winter Olympic Games in Torino --- I like to put in evidence that none of other historic cafe's conductor in Torino refused this opportunity...

This one is called "baratti & milano" in Piazza Castello on the corner with Galleria Subalpina

Quello raffiguarto è denominato "baratti & milano" in Piazza Castello sull'angolo con la Galleria Subalpina.

It looks great, for a good wine, even to read the news. Nice post.

Bellissimo caffè. Poco distante c'è anche Mulassano, un piccolo bar ai cui tavoli si dice si sedesse spesso quel gran poeta che fu Guido Gozzano.

How old is this cafe? We have one here in a very old , historical neighborhood over 100 years of age. Some years ago it burned and was closed for long years. Then a company made it back like it was original. They kept the same name and all the concept. When I am walking there I take a look inside and see all very very old people sitting and having tea. They remember the old days I guess. Barely moves but still wants to go to that cafe and have tea....
