Today's theme day is "yellow". I thought a while which "yellow" photo about Torino to go to show. Then I realized that this one could be more relevant than other. What is it? Oh well done, Fabrizio. When I saw it on the portal I thought it was old parchment but as soon as I clicked I could see the Turin Shroud. Perfect choice.

Well, it seems the others have figured it out already! I thought it was an old stained lampshade! LOL!
I will be coming back, even if others have figured it out. I was beginning to think that the little patters were an Italian Rorscharch (sp?) test.
I came back to it, looked more closely and figured it out before I read the comments. Fascinating!! (PS. I wish others hadn't identified it...mystery is more fun!!)

First of all thank you very much about your comments. Unfortunately too much work is keeping me off from the net but in few hours I hope to be able to visit and to thank each of you.
Someone guessed what it does represent; in next steps I will show you the best way to get max definition from the image.
