Municipality renewed Piazza IV Marzo that yesterday night, after rain, looked as you see: calm, quiet, with a Trattoria (regional, typical restaurant) on the right and... Blue. So, am I right when I say that Torino is Blue?
Il Comune ha rinnovato Piazza IV Marzo che ieri sera, dopo la pioggia, appariva come la vedete: pace, quiete, con una Trattoria sulla destra e... Blu. Ho dunque ragione quando dico che Torino è Blu?

It is the subtle blue and the sheen from the rain soaked pavement that workd so magically together. It is a bewitching nigt night shot.
