Terra Madre

Every two years in Torino is held Terra Madre Network (this year is the third edition). Contemporary is also held the International Salone del Gusto (this year is the seventh edition). Terra Madre Network hosts 153 countries from all over the world. Food workers and producers that come here to discuss and to share in four days their experience about: ""...environmental resources and planetary equilibrium, and aspects of taste, worker dignity, and consumer safety.""

Ogno due anni a Torino si tiene Terra Madre (quest'anno alla terza editione). Contemporaneamente si tiene anche il Salone Internazionale del Gusto. Terra Madre ospita 153 Paesi da ogni dove nel mondo. Produttori e lavoratori che vengono qui a discutere e condividere in quattro giorni la loro esperienza in tema di ""...risorse ambientali, agli equilibri planetari, all’aspetto organolettico dei prodotti, alla dignità dei lavoratori e alla salute dei consumatori.""
