In a cold foggy morning taken at the other side of
river Po: the
Valentino's Castle. Same castle taken by night

In una mattinata fredda e nebbiosa, scattata dall'altra
riva del Po: il
Castello del Valentino.
Lo stesso castello fotografato di notte

I definitely prefer the night shot - probably because it has the look of summer!
The winter shot is very good, too - maybe it's the fog & drab colors of winter that give it a special look.
nice landscape...
:)))
and have a good weekend...
haha...open the website randomly today. lucky~
Bella l'atmosfera di questo scatto, ma quella in notturna la preferisco!
The atmosphere of this shot is pretty, but I still prefer the night one!
MI dà l'idea di essere un paesaggio scozzese, più che torinese...
Anche se io nn sono mai stata in Scozia, quindi che ne so?!
;)
Both shots are good. I do like this day shot. Valentino is an enchanting place. Pity it's not open to the public for tours. It's only possible to see some of the rooms during special open days.
They're both gorgeous shots. I think for me the night picture just has the edge, but I like this one a lot too. There's something about fog that can really make a picture something special.
definitely this shot. i love fog. it's mystical, intimate, makes everything look beautiful. thank you for this.
love,
shari
Thank you to everyone indeed. My opinion is that the night shot is more impressive but this one is more intimate and romantic. I agree with Shari.
I like both shots for different reasons. It would be hard to choose.
I like the night shot because of the brilliance between the night and the lit up castle.
I like the one with fog because the fog always gives a mystical intimate feel. I always love the silence that fog creates.
