I agree with Ming that you take some of the most beautiful night shots. I prefer this one, the reflections, & the amazing architecture of those apartments.
I like the night shot because of the depth in the street from all the buildings lights I would love to see a night portrait shot of just the street with all the converging lines with just a little bit of the front two buildings framing the shot
The night shot because you get more of the feel of what a long street we are looking at. Somehow in the day shot I don't get that same feeling, perhaps because of the shadows on the left and the people walking about. Both super tho.
Me too I prefer the night shot but as general preference. I've ever thought that night shots are more fascinating. This is also the reason because most of my photos are night photos (thank you Conrad and Paul about your appreciation)
I like to thank you So So Much about these so lovely comments that really help to go on in this lovely but heavy daily undertaking.
Not only I have few time to reply as I would in each your blog as I was used, but I also have an annoying pain to my right wrist when I type on the keyboard after a while (I learned to use the mouse with left hand in fact).
No, no - Thank YOU! You guide us around your beautiful city with such pride... I prefer the night shot as well - more dramatic...and probably it's cooler out, no?
No contest, in my opinion, which you know well ;) I like the way in your photos that the familiar landmarks peek out here and there, always looking slightly different, but giving that sense of knowing the city. I'm reminded of other places where this is a feature, like Florence where the Duomo constantly appears and disappears from different angles as you wander around. Wrist problem - sounds like bloggers disease. Do you use anything like a wrist rest for the mouse hand?

I prefer the night one, because of the lights on the buildings and the reflections on the stones. Very nice picture.
Very cool
I prefer the night photo. But then again, you take some of the most beautiful night photos.
i prefer this one... nothing beats the drama of the night light

At night the lighting is more even and it seems to highlight the best parts of the building - and you don't see all the power lines either!!!!
Decisamente questa: meno tralicci, prospettiva più definita, la mole evidenziata sullo sfondo e il fascino della notte!
