As promised, to better realize how the dome and latern are set, I publish this photo taken not exactly under the dome (as yesterday I did) but beside the altar, in fact you can see the organ that usually is put at first floor over the entrance.
What to say. Your photos are just incredible. I like churches. The old one. Even if I'm an atheist i like visiting churches and feeling it's special atmosphere and beuty.
I do not know other churches where, to the place of the facade it is us the you show of a civil building, but I should say that it pleases myself many. The dome, then, simply preserving a classic structure, it has a refined execution. I understand and I share the motive that lover does you a lot this church.
Well I can't decide, but I think I like this even better than the previous one, although they are both different. This one captures the interior and space of the architecture, plus the light and decoration. The other one is nice for it's geometery

I, too, enlarge photos such as this and the one you posted yesterday. The richness and colours are almost overwhelming, aren't they?
