Paralympic Games


Paralympic Games are on this week in London so let me to go back to the Opening Ceremony at the IX Winter Paralympic Games in Torino 2006. The photo shows just a sec after the Olympic Cauldron was lit up… Magic moments !!!!!

I giochi Paralimpici di Londra si stanno svolgendo in questi giorni sicché non posso non tornare con la mente alla Cerimonia di Apertura dei Ventesimi Giochi Invernali Paralimpici di Torino 2006. La foto mostra gli attimi appena successivi all'accensione del Braciere Olimpico… Istanti magici !!!!!

    Now that the London Olympics are over I can understand your nostalgia. It's a very special time. We visited Turin just after the Winter Olympics and there was still a sense of excitement about the city.
