Church of Santo Volto

The Church of Santo Volto in Torino (link) has been realized by Mario Botta (Wikipedia) between 2004 and 2006. Mario Botta designed also in 1995: SFMOMA (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art - link) beside many other works all around the world. I hope to will be able to take some photo inside too. - All links are in English -

Mario Botta ha tra il resto realizzato nel 1995 il Museo di Arte Moderna di San Francisco - SFMOMA (link) accanto a numerose altre opere nel resto del mondo.   3. Yes Kate he is very innovative but my first thought was the Dina's thought. Anyway you and James are right. The style is interesting and, at the other side, nowadays we cannot build a church in an old style ;-)

  4. L'ho visitata non troppo tempo fa, e sebbene da fuori l'avessi sempre snobbata un po' (mi sembrava troppo futuristica per essere una chiesa), devo dire che una volta entrata .. wow! Mi sono dovuta ricredere!

    Comunque anche io tempo fa ho pubblicato una foto di questa chiesa..
