Tartufi

The photo taken at Eataly Torino shows... Truffles !!!! A detailed description about " truffle " HERE (<--- in English). This year they are less expensive than usual. As you can see: 250 € per 100 grams (=3.5 Ounce). These come from Alba and are the most popular but truffles in Italy are produced in Asti province (white and black) and in Molise Region.

La foto scattata presso Eataly Torino mostra... Tartufi !!!! Una dettagliata descrizione circa il " tartufo " QUI (<--- in Italiano). Quest'anno sono lievemente meno costosi del solito. Come si può vedere. 250€/etto. Questi raffigurati provengono da Alba e sono i più conosciuti ma i tartufi provengono anche dalla provincia di Asti (bianchi e neri) e dalla Regione Molise.

    Ti avevo già detto che mia nonna materna era di Asti, vero? Che meraviglia questa foto, riesco (quasi) a sentire il profumo.
