La Pasta

If you enlarge the photo (that I have taken at Salone del Gusto in Torino), you can read "Pacchero Gragnano". "Pacchero" is the name of this kind of pasta, "Gragnano" is referred to the city of Gragnano a town just behind Castellammare di Stabia (between Torre Annunziata and Sorrento). I am talking of the "city of the pasta". The Gragnano pool (<--Link in English) keep high the quality of all pasta produced by local producers.

I'm glad we have some Italian brands of pasta available here.
