ReplyDeleteDenise, the municipality decided to use most of apartments as council houses and some (minority) is still reserved to mucipality.
Bob Crowe, Yess I know the Arch of St. Louis and this one look like absolutely the same, you're rigt.
A nice looking bridge ... nice to see there are lingering benefits from hosting the winter olympics!
