In this old Cafè in Torino was born: Bicerin. Bicerin (that from Piedmontese dialect literally means "little glass") it's a mix of coffee espresso, chocolate and fresh cream. In questo vecchio Caffè Torinese nacque il Bicerin (che in dialetto Piemontese significa "piccolo bicchiere"). Il Bicerin è un insieme di caffè, cioccolata e crema di latte anche se naturalmente le proporzioni son tenute segrete ;-) -- Davvero da provare. Mmm, I can almost smell the coffee and chocolate from here! I think this works really well in black & white, by the way.
