Prosciutto Crudo

Prosciutto (Ham) can be cooked or raw. Talking about Prosciutto crudo (raw ham) it is produced in some regions of Italy. Probably most appreciated are Prosciutto di Parma (Emilia) and from Udine (Friuli) Prosciutto San Daniele. Both links drive you to Consortium of Producers. I took the photo in Torino by Eataly's cellar.
