Nice photograph. I love how the lights looks on the vintage-like blue windows. I noticed that you said it's 40 celcius in Torino now, it's more or less the same like Malaysia. But I guess your weather is dryer than ours. We usually open our windows in daytime. We'll close our windows as there will be mosquitoes flying into our house. [It's not fun at all to be bitten by mosquitoes!!] Unless we have the "netting" to cover up our windows. :)
There is in poland on retreat. Windows are big, because people love light and sun. But interiors screen net curtains. Other case, that it makes difficult work thiefs. :) (Sorry for my english) lav
Thank you to everyone. Unfortunately we have mosquitoes too but only when humid and near any "water-thing" like river, fountains, lake. That night, plus, was a bit windy ;-)
Torino was the first Capital of Italy, the city that hosted XX Olympic and IX Paralympic Winter Games and Torino Daily Photo is the first photo blog of the city --- I am sorry but due the spam comments, anonymous users are not allowed...
This reminds me of Hitchcock's movie "Rear Window" ;-)
ReplyDeleteAre you spying on your neighbors, Fabrizio?
Amazing shot - I love looking in & seeing the colors & books.
ReplyDelete...these are the opportunities of city photography. Pretty shot. Something to think about.

ReplyDeleteNice colors! Taking photo in the evening is a challenge, but the result can be fantastic. Like here.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photo! I love the windows and the 'peeping into someone's home' concept.
ReplyDeleteThis is like a stage set, Fabrizio. Just beautiful - the colours are perfect.

Those pastels are delightful. And so are the shadows, the composition, and the stories we can imagine playing out in those rooms...
ReplyDeleteThe shutters are focal points of the photo and are strikingly visual! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteLIke Emily I'm wondering about mosquitoes, especially with the lights on. Even here in Zurich we get bothered with them and have to "manage" them.
ReplyDeleteNB IN answer to your question about a "sweet tooth" on my blog, if you like being here then you have a "sweet tooth"!
This is a really nice picture. I love the way the lights are in some...
ReplyDeleteamazing colors here, and very nicely framed for us...
