Piazza Emanuele Filiberto

Just an old photo I took time ago in Piazza Emanuele Filiberto at sunset. The old Torino with, unfortunately, too cars.

Purtroppo.

From Mole to Torino

This is the ring around the Mole Antonelliana first floor where people is allowed to see the city. It's possible to see Mountains in the background because Torino is... surrounded by them.

Well, I published yet some photo of Gran Madre (as we simply call it) but never from this position. You can see those previous photos HERE also to better understand what church I mean. It's at feet of hill and in front of Piazza Vittorio. You can read more details about this Church HERE.

That white building on the left it's the Torino Town Hall (HERE the photo I took in the square without "Flying Carpet" performance). It'unusual and fun to walk down under these small, coloured and lighted blocks. To see all performances, I remember the official link of Contemporary Arts Torino Piemonte.

Via Giuseppe Verdi

From Piazza Castello begins a small street called Via Giuseppe Verdi. Lot of interesting and artistic buildings are located along this street and I hope to be able to show you some of them. This photo shows that it begins *just* at the tower's castle shadow. In the background The Mole Antonelliana. On the right via Po.

Prefettura

This building on the left is the Prefecture that means a local office of Secretary (Minister) of Interior. It is in Piazza Castello just beside Royal Palace. Take a look on the background the top of Mole Antonelliana.

Luci d'Artista 2b- Piazza Vittorio Veneto

Piazza Vittorio, Nicola De Maria: Cosmic eyrie of all souls.
Each lamppost has this sort of coloured neon eyrie around. With coloured lappost around the big square (see my previous photo 2a below) gets an exciting ambience. More to come...

Continua...

Luci d'Artista 3- Piazza Carignano

Piazza Carignano, Jepp Hein: Illuminate benches.
Flirting on illuminate benches (they switch on when people sit down) while sly buildings that made history of Italy watch down on them...

Piazza Carignano, Jepp Hein: Illuminate benches.

Mole Lounge Bar 1

As crafty green poet asked, yes, at Mole Antonelliana's Lounge Bar this long table still has at each place a screen with track ball mouse (on the right) to choose with kind of old film (short piece) you want to see (click HERE to better understand what I mean). The table's inside colour turn gradually into several colours. --- If you enlarge the photo you'll see the boy just choosing a film.
