Ho avuto la fortuna di cenare qualche volta con Burdese che è l'attuale Presidente Italia di Slow Food. E' un ragazzo abbastanza giovane, ebbene, ti assicuro che sentirlo parlare di Terra Madre c'è da commuoversi.<br /><br />Ho fatto oltre 500 foto di cui circa cinquanta scartate... Qui ne pubblicherò forse ancora una ma è probabile che qualcuna la si pubblichi sul sito di Slow Food Torino. Ti avviserò in quel caso e ancora grazie, grazie, grazie per condividere questo pensiero su Petrini.<br /><br />Ah, scordavo, ancora una cosa. Nel suo discorso di apertura di Terra Madre, Petrini ha sostenuto come 4 siano le categorie di persone a cui prestare ascolto:<br />1. gli indigeni<br />2. i contadini<br />3. i vecchi<br />4. le donne<br /><br />Vedi Eleonora sarebbe troppo facile far della demagogia ma se ci pensiamo solo un attimo non tarderemo a realizzare che son giusto le categorie *meno* ascoltate in assoluto.
