I Tajarin 1

Last week I showed HERE this kind of pasta: Tajarin, quite popular in Torino and in Piemonte (Langhe). As promised last week, here I go to show you how they look like once cooked and served -by Eataly- with fresh tomato and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (be careful NOT another kind of oil but strictly Olive Oil, better if Extra Virgin). How do they taste? Oh well... There's only a way to know: to come here ;-)
